- Heading – setting up a Corrigo Chair
Firstly, adjusting the height of the chair.
Sit down on the chair lift the lever to adjust the height. Your feet should be flat on the ground and your knees, slightly below your hips.
- Heading – Adjusting the seat
If you need more support along your legs, adjust the seat accordingly. Stand up, push the lever down and pull the seat out, then sit back down. Ensure there is a space between the seat and behind the knee.
- Heading – Adjusting the armrests
To adjust the arm width, to make sure the arm rests are directly beneath your shoulders, turn the wheels underneath the seat and adjust the armrests accordingly. Reset by turning the other way.
To adjust the arm height, to make sure that your arms are gently supported with the forearms at a 90O angle for working at your desk. To do this lift the arms, slowly, all the way up, release back down and the set back, notch by notch to the right height for you.
- Heading – Adjusting the back rest height
To adjust the back rest height, sit right back into the seat, put your arms behind the backrest, then slowly lift it up, to the right height where it fits comfortably into your lumber area and curves around your back. To release the backrest height bring it all the way to the top, bring back down again and slowly, notch it back up.
Heading – Inflating the Lumber Support
Inflate the lumber support to the depth that seems most comfortable to you. To increase it, press the bladder. To decrease it, press the valve.
- Heading – Adjusting the back tilt.
Set the back rest tilt to where it is most comfortable. Ideally the backrest should be set vertically whist working at a computer. To relax or to move the spine – tilt the chair backwards. To do this, lift the lever, press back on the back rest and set. To release it, to bring it back, lift the lever, press back and bring the backrest back up. You can then either leave it on ‘free float’ or set.
- Heading – Adjusting the tension settings
Adjust the tension setting according to the amount of pressure you require on the backrest. To release it, pull the lever out, turn it anti-clockwise to release the amount of pressure and turn it clockwise, to increase it.
Heading – Adjusting the seat tilt.
The seat can be set either horizontally or on a slight forward tilt. To bring it forward, lift the large lever, lean forward and set. To bring it back, lift the lever again and set back to a horizontal angle.
- Heading – Final Adjustments
Finally, bring yourself to your desk and make any further adjustments as necessary
